An important note about AI images: AI-generated images are great as creative concepts to understand your vision. However, we cannot use AI files themselves for the final manufacturing and printing of your signage.
Why? AI images are composed of tiny pixels designed for viewing on screens. When we attempt to enlarge these files to the massive scale required for physical signage, the pixels stretch. This causes the image to become blurry, pixelated, and low-quality. For clean, sharp physical signs, our production equipment requires high-resolution vector files (such as .EPS or .AI formats) that can expand to any size without losing crispness. Our design team can use your AI images as a general concept in order to create new artwork that provides a production-ready, high-resolution final product.
